Amateur Radio Club Bradford Area
Located in the North Central Florida, ARCBA is a local Club serving our communities..
The club was originally set up years ago by Ben Dickerson, Ruth Dickerson (sk), Arthur Sheddan, W4LJL, Floyd Baker, WD4OJH (sk), Dan Phillips, K4RVD (sk), Waldon Wadsworth, W4NRP (sk), Jerry Thompson, WA4MUC, repeater trustee, Donna Thompson, Dewitt Wise, W4DGQ, Tony Spattaford, WB2FGL, Edith Gowins (sk), and Terry Parrish, N4TWX. Special thanks go to John-KU4AY and Millie-AG4QL Bradley, for their unselfish dedication in keeping the repeater and Club going for many years. Since then many of the original members have moved or become SK’s, and we’ve had our up’s and down’s, but the club still maintains is quest to serve our communities and provide events, assistance to new amateurs, and provide a repeater for Amateur use. Our thanks go to the many people who have supported the Club through the hard times and hope we can see more Amateurs become part of our endeavor.
